- A Google UserFeb, 14 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They lost a brand new pair of jeans in their "Fold and Fluff" service and then denied that there was any possibility that they could have done so. Very rude about it refused any sort of compensation. I was washing the jeans for the first time!! I still have the receipt for them and they still refused.
