  It's hard to know how to write this place. If I were to rate it on the taste of the coffee I would probably give it a 3.5. If I were to rated on the service or the vibe of the place or for the fact that they're seeking to do something different than yet another coffee place, I'd have to give them a 5. So, I've settled on a 5.
  
  I haven't looked into the science behind their approach but I think recently been hearing about them and had to check them out when I randomly passed by while out of town. I appreciated that they had a vegan option, but they also had quite a few non vegan options.
  
  Worth checking out.
