  Professional, courteous, honest, fair, fast.... You can tell a lot about a place by the way it looks and feels. Clean, uncluttered, manicured, orderly -- like a well-run OR in a first rate hospital. You can also get a real idea of the quality of the care when you are treated courteously and professionally. And the service and work is top rate....
  
  If you are lucky enough to have an auto repair facility like BVA in your life, well, you are lucky! Wish I had found them years ago....

  I went into BVA Auto on a recommendation from a friend - my Prius (2013) had a check engine light on. Never a good sign, and we were about to move.
  
  Manuel met me at the door, asked a few questions, then determined it was likely just a loose gas cap. Sure enough.
  
  He didn't charge me a dime, and they reset my check engine light while they were added.
  
  Honest folks are still around in the Auto Mechanic field. These guys are the real deal.
