  False advertising of "happy hour for all drinks" outside and on the menu gets people in the door, and then the good waiters have to explain away that it's just regular prices. Mar 29, 2018: to clarify the issue: 2 for 1 is only for one bottom shelf margarita, all major items on the margarita list are not discounted. This is mentioned in the menu, but in small print (and has to be explained by the waitress) with the intention that people sit down before figuring it out.
