  Never again. Went in to buy a new Santa Cruz and a set of Carbon wheels and a new fork. The manager clearly didn't want my business and behaved manor that I can only describe as hostile. I've owned seven SC bikes in the last ten years, but if this is the dealer model they support, I'll be moving on. So long Helen's. So long Santacruz.
