  I'd like to remain anonymous, thus the random name... I had an extremely below average experience. My hair was cut unevenly on one side and (EVEN THOUGH I ASKED FOR LAYERS) I was met with a blunt unsatisfactory look. However, the reason I give 2 stars (besides the fact that it is necessary) is because when I went back, someone evened it out nicely for me. I was/am still extremely disappointed with the first haircut. The store also is very behind on schedules, so if you have an appointment, do not feel pressured to get there on time. I might consider going back, but ONLY if I am guaranteed the second stylist and not the first. I was also told that another customer complained about the first haircut-giver as well as myself. I think Panache is a good place for five & under, but above that, absolutely do not recommend.
