  I can't say enough about how great this hotel and its staff is. I stayed recently during the Easter holiday for an event at the pier. The convenience of being able to walk to the pier and have access to many restaurants along the way is a huge plus to this business owner. There was a lot of confusion over my booking through a travel site but Christopher, the manager, came through with phenomenal customer service. He stated that even he saw the confusion and as a courtesy credited almost $150 back to my account. It only took 1 call!!! The front desk staff and valets are friendly and very helpful. I have a high top cargo van that does not fit in parking lots around Santa Monica and the hotel is very accommodating, always finding a place for it outside. Comfortable, convenient and friendly! High five to all!!

  Ok the price for parking sucks but it is so cal... The front desk was awesome! The valets were very helpful. Room was clean and modern. I would stay here again!
